I'm having this exact same issue. Two days ago I upgraded to windows Asus P8H67-I Display 64bit and after I entered Media Center the tv screen went black trying to find the right resolution after which the tv said there was no signal. After moving the mouse I could hear only the lagging sounds of the Media Center.

After few hours of google search I booted in safe mode, which allowed me to enter and navigate in MC because MC was windowed and I tried different display configurations resolutions in MC. The most part of the resolutions resulted in full screen in Asus P8H67-I Display signal Asus P8H67-I Display the rest, including p resulted in serious overscan or distortion with pale colors. Somehow I managed to find a configuration in MC where the image isn't much distorted by selecting as a display type a monitor with x resolution.
With this configuration the image is almost scaled right. However there is always an annoying Asus P8H67-I Display gap because the change in resolution when I enter in MC. I also noticed that uninstalling the Intel driver resulted in a smooth start of MC. There was Asus P8H67-I Display change of resolution and black gap but however the image was a pixelated and lagging. Can you guys suggest me something that what is wrong?

Although my system had no issues resuming from standby, cold boots were plagued by intermittent multiple starts until the system finally booted on the second or third attempt. There is plenty of room for expansion Asus P8H67-I Display this mATx board alongside a very full feature set. OS Win7 Pro 64 bit.

What you're describing sounds exactly the same -- including the flickering of the LCD screen. The flickering is caused by the crashing and resetting of the video driver.
Chipset built-in - 4 x USB 3. The second and what we are taking a look at today, is the Deluxe version, coming equipped with those options plus all the goodies you Asus P8H67-I Display read about on the Specs page. As stated in the introduction the P8HI is based on the Cougar Point H67 chipset, which means the board takes advantage of the latest Intel 2nd generation Core I-series processors. Unfortunately this means that if a graphics card is planned pn being installed, the room available for a CPU cooler is going to be limited.
It is however not such a reliable measure of a computer's speed as it doesn't take into account other factors like RAM and cache size.
